• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Return requests: the details and photos you submit in the Return form.
• Messages: information you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic website data: anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics (no advertising cookies). Your cart is saved only in your own browser.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send receipts and tracking, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, prevent fraud and keep the website secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Google/Gmail (order emails), FormSubmit (return request forms), and UPS, USPS or FedEx (delivery). We may also share information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for the order, returns, and our tax and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may keep records we are legally required to keep.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. No online service is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
